HDF organized a three-day Annual Pre-Planning Conference between 15-17 July 2021 at Shangrila Hotel & Resort, Changla Gali. The pre-planning conference aimed to identify the range of issues and needs that have already been articulated for HDF, obtain team input on the direction and scope of the planning process, and develop a scope of work that responded to the range of issues that were raised. Seventy-three key team members from nine regions came together to review previous year’s highlights and to have an informal preliminary discussion on how to strategically plan for the next years and to avoid or mitigate any potential red flags that might stand in the way of a successful future.
