An effort to put the organization on the trajectory of sustainable growth to mitigate multi-dimensional poverty
HDF organized an orientation workshop for key staff from all regions. The three days ADP orientation workshop was held in Islamabad and Karachi in the month of January, with the objective to orient project staff on key program activities, interventions, outcomes and targets planned in ADP 2022. The staff was also apprised on monitoring and evaluation, and communication plan for the year 2022. The orientation workshop kicked off from Islamabad, where all staff from Head Office Islamabad, and regional offices AJK, Mardan and Lahore participated following another workshop in Karachi at HANDS with key staff members from Karachi, Hyderabad, Rahim Yar Khan and Zhob regions. The ADP orientation workshop helped in achieving multiple objectives including knowledge sharing, team building, identification of challenges at ground levels and strategic directions for effective implementation of annual development plan 2022. Also, this extensive orientation workshop would help the regional teams of HDF to maximize accuracy, efficiency, and productivity at ground level.
