The recent tragedy of over 300 Pakistanis perishing in a shipwreck near Greece is just a glimpse into the prevalent illegal migration crisis. By providing access to meaningful skills and opportunities, HDF and NLC’s Applied Technical and Vocational Training Institutes (ATINS) are working together to address the root causes of these issues. We aim to secure the future of our aspiring youth by offering a 3-year Joint Diploma Program with China.
