Fighting Against Gender Bias, Smashing Stereotypes, Breaking Inequality, & Rejecting Discrimination
Whether deliberate or unconscious, bias makes it difficult for women to move ahead. Knowing that bias exists isn’t enough, action is needed to level the playing field. This year, on International Women’s Day, HDF jumped on the bandwagon to break the bias by celebrating the achievements of its strong and resilient women that are working for the betterment of their communities.
HDF has been a proud and active advocate of women empowerment with 65% girl’s enrollment in our schools and 61% female employees currently working in all its regions.
