Spring-Tree Plantation Drives in Collaboration with Forest Department Plantation & Preservation

In a bid to fight climate change, HDF in collaboration with Forest Department, launched a Plantation Drive as part of our ‘Sustainable Environment’ program in all regional areas. The Spring Tree Plantation Drive flung on 14th February from Mardan region, where 4000 sapling trees were planted with the support of Forest Department and community engagement. The campaign was accompanied by strong community-level commitment and voluntary contributions by individuals, students, and women. Plantation drive is an evidence of HDF’s commitment towards achieving the national target of planting 10 billion trees to revive forest cover and conserve nature. HDF always strives to do its part to combat the effects of global warming and climate change by engaging local communities.
